Coach Terms — provisional v0

Version 2026-07-21.v0. These provisional terms will be replaced by a legally reviewed version before public launch; you'll be asked to re-accept.

• Independent professional. You are not employed by or in partnership with Pasta / AI OR DIE PTE. LTD. You provide coaching services directly to your clients; Pasta provides the platform.
• Your advice, your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the plans and advice you provide. Training carries inherent risk of injury; you agree to program responsibly for each client's stated condition and to carry any insurance your jurisdiction requires of you.
• No medical advice. If a client discloses a medical condition, you will advise them to consult a healthcare professional.
• Client confidentiality. Information clients share with you is confidential: use it only to coach that client, and delete it on request.
• Payments. Clients pay the platform's flat plan price via Stripe; you receive your share via Stripe Connect. Refunds within 14 days of purchase are initiated by you through your Stripe dashboard; chargebacks reverse your share. Chat logs and delivery timestamps may be used as dispute evidence.
• Included in a purchase. The plan, its revisions, and chat with the client for the plan's duration (open-ended plans: 12 weeks from purchase).
• Conduct. Chats are private and reviewed by Pasta only when reported or required as payment-dispute evidence. Harassment, spam, or steering payments off-platform leads to suspension; clients keep read access to their history and plans.
• Content. You grant Pasta a license to host and display your profile, published plans, and testimonial excerpts to operate and promote the platform.
